Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@velyn.cc with your order number. We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
