The SM-BTE80 compatible charging adapter is made for riders and repair shops that need an off-bike charging connection for compatible Shimano STEPS e-bike batteries. It is designed for BT-E8035, BT-E8035-L, BT-E8036, BT-EN805, BT-EN805-L, and BT-EN806 battery models when used with compatible EC-E6000, EC-E6002, or EC-E8004 charger setups.
Use the adapter when the battery has been removed from the e-bike and needs to be charged indoors, in a garage, at a workbench, or in a service area. The molded black housing and contact-plate interface are intended to provide a simple adapter connection between the battery and a compatible charger.
